Directional Control Valve (8 Watt) – Series D1VW

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVE (8 WATT) – SERIES D1VW

The directional control valve series D1VW 8 Watt in NG06 (CETOP 03 / NFPA D03) enables direct connections to a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a bus knot and thus saves the use of a relay. This on/off valve provides high functional limits up to 60 l/min in combination with a very low, energy-saving pressure drop due to optimized flow passages. The maximum pressure is 350 bar.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL VALVES – SERIES D3W

Parker’s NG10 direct operated directional control valve series D3W with inductive position control provides high functional limits up to 150 l/min in combination with a low, energy saving pressure drop. This on/off valve is typically used in safety relevant applications. It complies with the machinery directive 2006/42/EG for use as clamping valve according to EN 201:2010. The start or the end position can be monitored. The fail-safe position of the directional valve during power failure is the spring offset position.

The Viking Xtreme manual valve is a robust, versatile inline valve that is well suited for general to harsh industrial and mobile related applications. Stainless steel handles are specifically designed for gloved hands to suit applications in the most arduous of environments. Manual operators include twist knob and stainless steel operators with booted handles. The Viking Xtreme manual valve also features stainless steel components such as end fasteners, internal springs, and handles, which extend valve life in salt spay and high vibration applications. The bi-directional over molded spool performs well in temperature ranges from -40F to 140F, and pressure ranges from Vacuum to 232 PSG .

PNEUMATIC SOLENOID VALVE – VALVAIR II SERIES

The Valvair II valve is a robust, versatile valve that is well suited for general to harsh industrial applications, such as concrete aggregate plants and steel mills. It offers flow factors up to 12 Cv. The valve can be installed as a single inline or subbase valve for point-of-use applications, or mounted on segmented manifolds for centralized applications. A variety of operators are available from air piloted to solenoid air piloted, with direct conduit or junction box electrical connection. The valves are field converted from standard internal to external pilot operated service, and are suitable for non-lube operation. Dynamic urethane o-rings with an off-center parting line, coupled with Nituf coated and hardened aluminum spools, create a valve with improved lubrication retention and low friction operation. Sandwich pressure regulators can also be added to the valve stack to control air pressure at each valve application.

PNEUMATIC SOLENOID VALVE – PS1E SERIES

The PS1E series valve is an internal air piloted stacking style valve. The PS1E valves are stacking style only with plug-in coils. Available valve functions are 3/2, and 5/2 single and double solenoid. Each valve is individually wired with a separate conductor. Surge suppressors with an indicating LED are available and are mounted between the coil and the valve body. Internal pilot operation means the supply pressure on the #1 port is directed to the end of the valve where the solenoid operator, when actuated, allows the supply pressure to pass, which is then applied to the piston to shift the spool.

PNEUMATIC MANUAL VALVE – M0 SERIES

The M0 valve is an inline manual mechanical valve with air pilot options. Manual operators include knob, palm button, lever, foot pedal & cam. Mechanical linkages can be connected to the clevis mount for cylinder operated applications. The M0 valve is available with spring return and detent functions. Bronze bodies, stainless steel hard chrome plated spools, and brass internal spacers with specially compounded O-rings, make the M0 valve suitable for air, inert gas and low pressure medium aniline oil applications. With an application review of internal compatibility, the M0 valve can be used with water media as well. The closed at change-over spool design provides all ports closed transition which reduces cross over leakage to other ports of the valve.
