Parker CPI™ single ferrule compression tube fittings are designed as leak free connections for process, power, and instrumentation applications. These tube fittings utilize a single ferrule for easy make-up and excellent performance in vibration applications. The “spring loaded” effect of the single ferrule creates a constant tension between the fitting body and fitting nut.
CPI™ tube fitting are manufactured from heat code traceable 316 stainless steel. Other materials include 6Mo, Alloy 825, Alloy 625 and Alloy C-276. Straight fittings are machined from cold finished bar stock, while shaped bodies are machined from close grain forgings.

Parker MPI™ Fittings are an inverted two ferrule, compression design. They are engineered and manufactured to provide secure, tight, and leak-resistant connections throughout industry, including off-shore oil and gas exploration platforms, research labs, and other facilities that require operating pressures in the range of 6,000 to 15,000 psi.
MPI™ Fittings are ideally suited to handle liquids, gases, or chemicals and can be used on a wide variety of tubing materials including cold drawn – 1/8 hard (unannealed) stainless steel tubing, annealed 2507 seamless tubing or instrument grade thick-walled annealed stainless steel. Every Parker MPI™ Fitting is supplied complete and ready to install.
Parker’s Fast & Tite fittings are a compression style fitting that installs in seconds without tools and provides a tight, sure, leak proof seal without clamps or adjustments. A unique grab ring for tube retention, coupled with a Nitrile o-ring creates a positive seal and assures good tube retention with only hand tight assembly.

Parker Veriflo division MiniButtweld™ Fittings are designed for ultra-high purity applications that require the performance and reliability of a welded tubing system. The fittings unique machining and surface enhancement prevents outgassing, inhibits corrosion, and enables installation with orbital TIG (tungsten/inert gas) welding equipment. As a result, MiniButtweld™ fittings are the go-to option for quick and easy fabrication of welded gas distribution systems.The fittings’ bore diameters are matched in all sizes; thus, effectively eliminating turbulent flow, dead zones, and the risk of particle entrapment. Creation of a smoother, corrosion inhibiting flow path ensures optimal performance for any gas distribution system.
Parker’s Pipe Fittings deliver superior performance in pressures up to 10,000 psi. These instrumentation quality pipe fittings were developed to meet both ANSI B31.1 and ANSI B1 specifications for higher pressure and temperature service. These pipe fittings offer the installer the ability to directly connect to tubing with NPT to tube compression fitting connections (for example, male connectors), thus eliminating an extra connection.
Parker Autoclave’s SF Series medium pressure cone and thread fittings are designed for use with 20SM Series medium pressure valves and Parker Autoclave medium pressure tubing. These cone and thread fittings are rated up to 20,000 PSI (1379 BAR). One of the unique features is that these fittings incorporate connections with orifices sized to match the high-flow Parker Autoclave 20SC Series valves. The installer can obtain a higher flow rate with these matched valves, fittings and tubing.
Parker Autoclave’s SW Series utilizes the proven Speed Bite connection. This fitting is designed with a single ferrule compression sleeve for systems up to 15,000 PSI (1034 BAR). This connection delivers fast, easy make-up and reliable bubble-tight performance, in a variety of liquid or gas service applications. Installers will appreciate the low make-up torque with the Molybdenum Disulfide coated nuts. This key feature also helps to prevent galling during installation.
Parker Autoclave’s F Series and SF Series high pressure fittings utilize a special designed collar to secure the tube connection. These cone and thread fittings are used as fluid handling components in specialty systems up to 150,000 PSI (10342 BAR) with Parker Autoclave Tubing. Phastite® is a breakthrough in tube connection systems; its innovative design concept eliminates the costly requirement of welding and combines quick installation with a signal assembly process achieving a tube connector that can be used in applications up to 20,000 psi/1380 bar. Developed in a range of standard and corrosion resistant alloys to cope with the most demanding environments, from subsea exploration in the north sea to natural gas drilling in Kazakhstan. Phastite® meets all the relevant performance and functional requirements of industry standards, including pressure containment to a safety factor of a minimum of 4:1, proven by actual tubing burst tests. Throughout the development of Phastite®, product performance and integrity were paramount. A rigorous testing program including Thermal Cycling, Shock, Vibration, Helium Leak, Gas Tight and Hydrostatic testing has been completed.
Parker’s remote and direct mount manifolds are one of the most extensive in the process instrumentation industry and accommodates all types of instrumentation installations, specifications and applications. There is a choice of single-isolate-and-vent, double-isolate-and-vent, double-isolate-and-equalise, and double-isolate-equalise-and-double-vent block configurations. All needle valves in Parker’s H series manifold valves have PTFE seats and gland packing as standard, with PEEK seats and graphoil gland packing options.
